High-precision positioning The 23-bit high-resolution absolute encoder (8388608 resolution per turn, 65,536 turns for multiple turns) ensures extremely high positioning accuracy. No battery backup is required, reducing maintenance needs. No reset sequence is needed, and the machine's operating time is increased.
High dynamic response Rated speed 3000 rpm, maximum torque 7.16 Nm, supporting high dynamic acceleration and deceleration. Low rotor inertia (0.879 × 10⁻⁴ kg·m²), suitable for applications with rapid response.
Braking function: 24VDC electromagnetic brake (non-excitation action type), automatically brakes when power is off to maintain the load position, suitable for vertical axis or safe stop scenarios. The static holding torque is ≥ 2.39 Nm to ensure that the load does not slide when the power is off.
Oil seal design The shaft end oil seal enhances the sealing performance, preventing oil mist, dust or liquid from entering, and is suitable for harsh environments (such as the cutting fluid environment of machine tools). Increasing the frictional torque may slightly reduce the rated torque and efficiency (parameter compensation needs to be adjusted through the driver).
