Function

High-precision positioning The 23-bit high-resolution absolute encoder (8388608 resolution per turn, 65,536 turns for multiple turns) ensures extremely high positioning accuracy. No battery backup is required, reducing maintenance needs. No reset sequence is needed, and the machine's operating time is increased.

High dynamic response Rated speed 3000 rpm, maximum torque 7.16 Nm, supporting high dynamic acceleration and deceleration. Low rotor inertia (0.879 × 10⁻⁴ kg·m²), suitable for applications with rapid response.

Braking function: 24VDC electromagnetic brake (non-excitation action type), automatically brakes when power is off to maintain the load position, suitable for vertical axes or scenarios where safe stopping is required. The static holding torque is ≥ 2.39 Nm to ensure that the load does not slide when the power is off.

Environmental adaptability IP67 protection grade (except for the shaft penetration part and connectors), suitable for dusty or humid environments. Vibration-resistant design (49 m/s²), suitable for mechanical vibration in industrial sites.

Compatibility and Integration It is perfectly matched with the 1S series servo drives (such as R88D-1SAN10F-ECT) and supports EtherCAT communication. Parameter configuration and debugging are carried out through Sysmac Studio software (version 1.27 or higher), and the integrated fault diagnosis function is integrated.

Safety and Reliability Support the STO (Safe Torque Off) function of the drive and comply with safety standards such as EN ISO 13849-1 (PLe).
