8 mm Eddy-Current Proximity ProbeThe Bently Nevada 330102-00-40-04-01-05 is an 8 mm proximity probe belonging to the 3300 XL series. It uses eddy-current sensing technology to provide non-contact measurement of the relative position and vibration of a conductive rotating shaft.
The probe is designed for installation in industrial machinery where continuous monitoring of shaft movement is required. Typical applications include turbine supervisory instrumentation, compressors, pumps, motors and other high-speed rotating machinery.
The 3300 XL system provides interchangeable probes, extension cables and Proximitor Sensors, simplifying replacement and system maintenance. The system is also designed to meet the mechanical, linearity and temperature-stability requirements associated with API 670 applications.
