    3300 Proximitor Sensor

The 330100-90-00 is a Bently Nevada 3300 Series Proximitor Sensor designed to operate as part of an 8 mm eddy-current proximity measurement system.

The sensor converts the probe's measurement of the distance between the probe tip and a conductive shaft or target surface into a proportional electrical output. This enables reliable monitoring of both static shaft position and dynamic vibration, as well as speed and Keyphasor-related measurements.

The “-90” configuration specifies a 9.0 m (29.5 ft) total system length, while the “-00” configuration indicates that no additional agency approval option is required. The 3300 system was designed to provide interchangeability between the probe, extension cable and Proximitor Sensor without individual component matching or bench calibration.

The 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor is the newer-generation design and is described as mechanically and electrically interchangeable with the non-XL version for many applications. Nevertheless, for a critical machinery monitoring system, verify the complete probe, extension cable, mounting arrangement and system requirements before substitution.
