Two-Hand Control Safety RelayThe Banner Engineering AT-FM-10K DUO-TOUCH SG is a two-hand control safety module intended for safeguarding machinery where the operator must use both hands to initiate or maintain a machine cycle. It monitors two complementary input channels from compatible optical touch buttons or mechanical push buttons. The two inputs must be actuated within a maximum 500 ms simultaneity requirement.
The module provides two redundant, force-guided normally open safety relay contacts, rated at 6 A, and incorporates self-checking circuitry and diverse-redundant microcontrollers. Five LEDs provide status indication for power, fault, input 1, input 2 and output. The compact 22.5 mm DIN-rail housing has removable screw terminals for convenient installation and maintenance.
