Industrial Unmanaged Ethernet SwitchThe AutomationDirect STRIDE SE-SW5U-SC is a compact industrial unmanaged Ethernet switch for connecting PLCs, HMIs, industrial computers, remote I/O, drives, sensors, and other Ethernet-enabled automation equipment.
The unit combines four 10/100Base-T RJ45 copper Ethernet ports with one 100Base-FX multimode fiber port using an SC connector. The fiber interface is suitable for extending industrial Ethernet networks over longer distances and for electrically isolating network segments.
The switch operates from a 10–30 VDC nominal input range, uses a plastic housing with IP40 protection, and mounts on a standard 35 mm DIN rail. Its operating temperature range is -10 to +60 °C.
