Function
Integrated design: Integrating the converter and inverter into one, it simplifies wiring, reduces installation space, and lowers system complexity.
Safe Torque Shutdown (STO) : Complies with ISO 13849-1 PLe/SIL3 standards, with a response time of no more than 25 milliseconds, ensuring rapid equipment shutdown in emergency situations.
High-performance motion control Supports multi-axis synchronous control (1-8 axes), and is compatible with various Allen-Bradley servo motors (such as MP, TL/TLY, RDB, 1326AB, F-Series, as well as LDC/LDL series linear motors and LDAT series linear actuators) Precise control is achieved through the Logix platform.
SERCOS interface: Supports high-speed optical fiber communication, resistant to electrical noise, and ensures reliable data transmission.
Peak enhancement mode: The peak current of the inverter series A is 150%, and that of Series B and C is 250%. The peak current of the converter is 200% for Series A and 250% for Series B and C, making it suitable for short-cycle high-acceleration/deceleration applications.
Modular installation: Installed via Kinetix power rails (such as 2094-PRSx, 2094-PRx), it should be located on the far left of the rail for easy expansion and maintenance.
Status monitoring: Equipped with driver status, communication status, bus status and seven-segment fault status leds, it is convenient for real-time fault detection.
Grounding jumper Settings: Supports grounded or ungrounded/high-impedance power supply configurations. By default, it is grounded (with P16 and P17 short-circuited). For ungrounded configurations, P18 and P19 need to be short-circuited.
Dynamic configuration: Dynamic driver configuration is supported through the ControlLogix or CompactLogix platform, and parameters can be automatically adjusted according to the program logic.
