Function

Integrated design: Integrating the converter and inverter into one, simplifying wiring and reducing installation space.

Safe Torque Shutdown (STO) : Complies with ISO 13849-1 PLe/SIL3 standards, with a response time of no more than 25 milliseconds, ensuring rapid equipment shutdown in emergency situations.

High-performance motion control: Supports multi-axis synchronous control (1-8 axes), compatible with various Allen-Bradley servo motors (such as MP, TL/TLY series), and achieves precise motion control through the Logix platform.

SERCOS interface: Supports high-speed optical fiber communication, is resistant to electrical noise, and ensures reliable data transmission.

Peak enhancement mode: The standard peak inverter current is 150%, while the enhanced mode reaches 250%, making it suitable for high dynamic range applications. The peak current of the converter is 200% for Series A and 250% for Series B, C and D.

Modular design: Installed via the power rail, it is easy to expand and maintain, and is compatible with the 2094-BM02-S axis module.

Status monitoring: Equipped with driver status, communication status, bus status and seven-segment fault status leds for easy diagnosis.
