The ABB PSR25-600-11 is a compact softstarter from the ABB PSR series, designed to provide controlled and smooth acceleration and deceleration of three-phase AC motors.

With a rated operational current of 25 A and an operating voltage range of 208–600 V AC, it is suitable for motor applications requiring reduced starting stress and controlled motor ramp-up and ramp-down. The unit operates with a 24 V AC/DC control supply.

The PSR25-600-11 uses two-phase control through a voltage ramp for soft starting and stopping. An integrated bypass reduces power losses during normal motor operation and simplifies installation. The start and stop ramp settings can be adjusted using three potentiometers located on the front of the unit.

A relay output provides RUN and TOR (Top Of Ramp) signals. The softstarter can also be combined with ABB manual motor starters using mechanical connection accessories. Optional fieldbus communication can be implemented through an external adapter and fieldbus plug.
