Function

Multi-channel independent closed-loop control: The 4 channels can be independently configured as PID/PD/P control modes, with each channel corresponding to a complete control loop (sensor signal acquisition → control algorithm operation → actuator drive output), supporting simultaneous control of multiple independent physical quantities (such as different reactor temperatures, multiple storage tank liquid levels).

High-precision signal processing: 16-bit input/output resolution, combined with low drift and high linearity signal conversion circuits, ensures the accuracy of sensor signal acquisition and actuator drive. It is equipped with a built-in configurable filtering function to suppress electromagnetic interference in industrial sites and ensure the stability of process values.

Flexible PID parameter configuration: Supports independent adjustment of proportional (P), integral (I), and differential (D) parameters, and can optimize parameters according to the characteristics of the controlled object. Supports manual/automatic control mode switching. In manual mode, fixed control values can be directly output, facilitating debugging and emergency operations.

Rich control function expansion: Equipped with set value (SP) ramp function, dead zone compensation, and limiting function; Supports alarm function.

Diagnosis and status feedback: It is equipped with power fault, input signal disconnection/over-range, output short circuit/overload diagnosis functions, and fault information is uploaded to the PLC in real time. Supports online monitoring of process values (PV), set values (SP), control output values (MV), and PID parameters through the Step7 software, facilitating debugging and maintenance.

Seamless system integration: Direct communication with the S7-300 PLC backplane bus enables real-time synchronization of control data to the PLC process image area. It supports modification of set values and switching of control modes through PLC programs, and can also upload control status to the SCADA system for remote monitoring.
