Function

Multi-type input support: Supports thermocouple, RTD and millivolt signals, compatible with multiple sensor types, and adaptable to a wide range of temperature monitoring requirements.

High-precision measurement: 14-bit resolution, providing accurate temperature and analog signal data acquisition.

Diagnostic function: Built-in open-circuit detection (upward reading or default maximum value in RTD and thermocouple modes).

Open-circuit detection time: 2 scans (approximately 2 seconds).

Cold junction compensation: Supports cold junction compensation (CJC), which is achieved through terminals 37, 38, 39 and 46, 47, 48 to ensure the accuracy of thermocouple measurements.

Modular design: Supports hot plugging. Modules can be installed or removed while powered on, simplifying maintenance.

Compatible with multiple terminal bases, it is convenient for wiring.

Communication compatibility: Connect to ControlNet, DeviceNet or EtherNet/IP networks via Flex I/O adapters.

Status indication: Equipped with LED indicator lights, it shows the power status of the module and input faults, facilitating quick diagnosis.
