Function
High-precision current output
It provides 8 current output channels (0 to 25 mA, commonly 4 to 20 mA), with A 13-bit resolution (3.2 µA per bit) to ensure precise control.
Supports BDC or natural binary data format, adapting to different PLC programming requirements.
Channel isolation: Provide 1000 VDC isolation between channels and output to the backplane to prevent signal interference and ground loops, and enhance system reliability.
Fast response: The conversion time per channel is approximately 1.5 ms, and the complete scan of 8 channels is about 12 ms, making it suitable for real-time control applications.
Remote Terminal panel (RTP) support: Connect RTP (such as 1771-RTP4) via 6-foot or 15-foot cables, simplifying wiring and supporting remote installation, reducing wiring complexity.
Modular design
It occupies one I/O rack slot and is compatible with PLC-5 processors (such as 1785-L80C) and power modules (such as 1771-P5).
Communicate with the PLC processor using block Transfer instructions (BTR/BTW) to transmit output data and module status.
Diagnostic function:
