Relay output
It provides 8 normally open (Form A) relay outputs, isolated separately, and supports a wide voltage range of 5-265 VAC and 5-125 VDC.
Each channel can independently operate different voltage categories, providing maximum flexibility.
Individual isolation: Each output channel is isolated independently (8 groups, 1 channel per group), providing greater flexibility compared to group isolation modules (such as 1769-OW8, 2 groups, 4 channels per group), and is suitable for mixed-voltage applications.
Compatibility
Compatible with CompactLogix controllers (such as 1769-L32E, 1769-L23E-QBFC1B, 1769-L23E-QB1B, 1769-L18ER-BB1B) and MicroLogix 1500.
Supports remote I/O via 1769-ADN (DeviceNet) or 1769-AENTR (EtherNet/IP) adapters.
Diagnostic function:
Each channel is equipped with a yellow LED to indicate the output status, which is convenient for troubleshooting.
Diagnostic feedback is provided through Studio 5000 Logix Designer to detect output faults.
Installation flexibility
Communicate via the ribbon cable of the CompactLogix/MicroLogix backplane, occupying one module slot.
