Function

The 1440-TPS02-01RB offers 2-channel inputs for precisely measuring parameters such as axial position, valve position, and expansion, and supports eddy current and LVDT signal processing. When powered on, the module performs a self-check program and displays its status through the LED indicator light (green/red flashing). A stable green or flashing green indicates normal operation. It provides two 4-20mA analog outputs for process control and one DPDT relay for alarm or control (expandable). The DeviceNet network supports real-time data transmission and RS-232 serial configuration, and is compatible with XM serial configuration tools and Emonitor software to achieve parameter setting and status monitoring. The module supports overspeed detection, reverse rotation detection and locked rotor detection, and features hot-swapping functionality. It optimizes energy consumption and anti-electromagnetic interference capabilities, making it suitable for high-density installation and ensuring load balancing and real-time data collection.

Application scenarios
