Automatic tuning Real-time adaptive load control, automatic adjustment of servo gain, simplifying the debugging process. Advanced automatic tuning function enables rapid optimization of mechanical performance, allowing for quick setting of the best parameters even for first-time users.

Vibration suppression Enhanced vibration suppression function reduces mechanical resonance and enhances system stability.

Multi-functional control Supports multi-mode control (torque, speed, position), and enables flexible application through parameter switching. Support high-precision synchronous phase control (via MECHATROLINK-2 network).

Built-in functions: Built-in positioning function, supporting point operation and origin search. Alarm history records facilitate fault diagnosis. Soft start time setting (0-10 seconds) to optimize startup performance. Energy conservation and efficiency Full-wave rectification and PWM control based on IGBT drive sine wave output to reduce energy consumption. Support external regenerative resistor connection to optimize energy management.

Safety and Maintenance The main circuit and the control circuit are completely separated. The alarm only disconnects the power supply of the main circuit, which is convenient for maintenance. Parameters can be directly input through the driver body, reducing the complexity of wiring.

Compatibility Seamlessly integrated with Yaskawa Sigma-5 series servo motors (such as SGMPS, SGMGH). Support multiple feedback devices to enhance system flexibility.
