The X20IF2181-2 enables Ethernet POWERLINK communication, supports the integrated link selector function (pre-configured), automatically selects the highest quality network line for data transmission, ensures cable redundancy without the need for cable loops, and supports tree structure construction. It provides multi-functional POWERLINK operations, including management node, controlled node (iCN operation), redundant management node (controller redundancy), ring redundancy, 2-port hub, multi-ASend and PRC (Poll Response Chaining) functions. It is compatible with B&R Automation Studio software, enabling configuration, monitoring and automatic firmware update. It displays operation and fault information through LED status indicator lights for easy diagnosis. The module supports hot-swapping operation, simplifying maintenance and reducing downtime. It provides reverse polarity protection, short-circuit protection and overload protection to ensure system reliability. Optimize energy consumption and anti-electromagnetic interference capability, suitable for high-density I/O configuration, achieve load balancing and fault isolation, and support dynamic node allocation (DNA).
