    GAS DETECTION SENSOR MODULE

Product Parameters

Detectable Gas Types: Supports multiple toxic gases (e.g., H₂S, CO, O₂, SO₂) and combustible gases, with specific types matching corresponding sensor probes.

High-Precision Detection: Equipped with Honeywell's dedicated gas sensing elements, combined with signal amplification and filtering technology, it stably outputs low-error concentration signals to meet industrial safety monitoring requirements.

Fault Self-Diagnosis: Features fault detection for sensor aging, wire breakage, power supply anomalies, etc.;    feeds back fault status via output signal deviation or HART protocol, facilitating timely troubleshooting by maintenance personnel.

Anti-Interference Capability: Built-in electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection circuit reduces signal interference from industrial on-site equipment such as inverters and motors, ensuring stable data transmission.

Long-Term Stability: Supports regular zero-point and range calibration;    calibration can be completed via controller or dedicated software, extending sensor service life and maintaining long-term detection accuracy.

Strong Compatibility: Directly compatible with Honeywell XCD, XNX series gas detection controllers, and some third-party control systems conforming to 4-20mA/HART standards.

Application Scenarios

Petrochemical Industry: Used in production workshops and storage tank areas of refineries and chemical plants to monitor concentrations of H₂S, NH₃, and combustible gases (e.g., methane, propane), preventing explosion or poisoning risks caused by leaks.

Municipal Environmental Protection: In sewage treatment plants and landfill sites, monitors concentrations of H₂S and biogas (mainly methane) to ensure the safety of operation and maintenance personnel and avoid accidents caused by gas accumulation.

Metallurgy and Mining: In underground mines and blast furnace areas of steel plants, monitors concentrations of CO and O₂ (to prevent hypoxia) to provide safety warnings for workers.
