Output ReactorThe 6SE6400-3TC14-5FD0 is a Siemens MICROMASTER 4 output choke/motor reactor in frame size F. It is installed between the frequency converter and motor and provides output-side inductance that helps reduce the effects of high-frequency voltage pulses generated by the inverter. This can help reduce motor-side electrical stress and improve compatibility with longer motor cable installations.
The reactor is rated for 3-phase 380–480 V AC systems and supports 145 A under high-overload/constant-torque (HO/CT) operation and 178 A under low-overload/variable-torque (LO/VT) operation. Siemens documentation identifies the device as an output reactor for MICROMASTER 4 frame-size F drives.
The Siemens technical data sheet specifies approximately 0.469 kW power loss, IP00 protection and M8 power/PE connections. For the exact installation, cable arrangement and thermal clearances, the original Siemens installation documentation should be followed.
