Function
Hybrid I/O control: Integrating 4 input channels and 2 output channels, it can simultaneously achieve on-site digital signal acquisition and actuator control, reducing the number of modules and lowering system costs.
Strong anti-interference capability: It adopts photoelectric isolation technology (full isolation between input/output and power supply), and is combined with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design to effectively resist electromagnetic interference, surge impact and other interference factors in industrial sites, avoiding false signal triggering or module damage.
Status monitoring and diagnosis: Built-in channel status indicator lights (input/output corresponding to LED indications respectively), allowing for intuitive determination of signal on/off status. It also supports self-diagnosis of faults. When the output is overloaded, short-circuited or the power supply is abnormal, the fault information is fed back through the indicator light or the system bus, which is convenient for quickly locating the problem.
System compatibility: Supports communication with mainstream control platforms such as ABB AC500 series PLC and ABB Freelance DCS system, and is compatible with industrial communication protocols such as Profinet and Modbus-RTU, achieving seamless data interaction with upper-level systems without the need for additional adaptation modules.
Durable design: It adopts an industrial-grade flame-retardant housing (compliant with UL94 V-0 grade) and high-reliability components, featuring anti-vibration (5-500Hz, 10g acceleration) and anti-shock (30g acceleration, 11ms duration) capabilities, making it suitable for long-term operation in complex industrial environments.
