Function

Multi-channel output control: 12 independent relay outputs can simultaneously achieve on-off control of multiple actuating devices (such as solenoid valves, contactors, alarm lights), meeting the requirements of multi-node control scenarios. ​

Overload and short-circuit protection: Each output channel is equipped with an internal overload protection mechanism. When the load current exceeds the rated value or a short-circuit fault occurs, the output circuit can be quickly cut off to prevent module damage and the burning of back-end equipment, thereby enhancing system safety. ​

Status visualization monitoring: Equipped with power indicator lights and LED indicator lights for each output status, it can be intuitively determined whether the module power supply is normal and whether the output channels are operating. When a fault occurs, the change in the status of the indicator lights can assist in quickly locating the problem and simplify the troubleshooting process. ​

Strong system compatibility It supports communication with mainstream control platforms such as ABB AC500 series PLC and ABB System 800xA DCS, and is compatible with industrial EtherNet protocols such as Profinet and EtherNet/IP. It can be integrated into the existing automation architecture without additional adaptation modules, reducing the difficulty of system integration. ​

Industrial-grade environmental adaptability The shell material adopts the flame-retardant grade UL94 V-0. The components have undergone rigorous environmental tests such as high temperature, low temperature and vibration, and possess the ability to resist vibration (5-500Hz, 10g acceleration) and shock (30g acceleration, 11ms duration). It can operate stably for a long time in harsh industrial scenarios such as chemical engineering, metallurgy and power. ​

Application scenarios

It is widely applied in the control scenarios of execution equipment in industrial production processes. It is compatible with fields such as mechanical manufacturing production lines (such as the start and stop of assembly line motors, conveyor belt speed switching control), safety interlock systems in petrochemical parks (such as emergency shut-off valve switch control, combustible gas alarm light triggering), equipment control in water treatment plants (such as the start and stop of water pumps, valve switch adjustment), and power auxiliary systems (such as the control of distribution cabinet indicator lights, fan start and stop control). It can be integrated into the automatic control system as a core digital output unit to enhance the precise control and collaborative operation efficiency of on-site equipment. ​
