Function

Precise positioning valve: After receiving pneumatic control signals, it can drive the cylinder actuator to adjust the valve to the corresponding opening degree, effectively overcoming the unbalanced force caused by the friction of the valve packing and the medium pressure. It has a small positioning error and ensures the stable control of fluid flow and pressure.

Flexible adaptation and adjustment: Supports range control (such as 30%-100%, 50%-100%, etc.), can switch between positive and negative action modes, adapt to pipeline systems with different control logics, and the CAM design can also flexibly match the flow characteristics of different valves.

Stable gas path control: It operates stably within a wide supply pressure range of 1.4 to 7kgf/cm², with low gas consumption. Moreover, the output pressure can be adapted to high-pressure cylinder actuators, meeting the driving requirements of valves of different powers.

Reliable signal feedback: When paired with a pressure gauge interface, it can monitor the gas line pressure in real time, facilitating staff to troubleshoot and ensuring the stable operation of the valve control circuit.
