Core electrical parameters

Channel configuration: Supports 8 single-pulse inputs or 4 dual-pulse inputs, and can also achieve a mixed combination of single and dual input channels. Equipped with 2 output channels;

Input characteristics: The input type is high-impedance differential voltage, with 1000VDC photoelectric isolation. The input voltage range is 0-35VDC, and the channel input impedance is greater than 70k ohms. Support input edge configuration (default rising edge, can be switched to falling edge);

Frequency performance: Single-channel frequency range 0-100 KHZ, dual-pulse channel 0-10 KHZ; The frequency measurement accuracy (0.5Hz-100kHz) is ±0.001% of the reading, and it has the ability to measure frequency, period and pulse width with high precision.

Power supply mode: Supports internal 24V power operation, or external users can provide 5-30VDC excitation voltage.

Configuration options: Each channel can be configured with isolation or bus through patch cords to meet different industrial wiring requirements.

Isolation performance: 1000VDC photoelectric isolation, effectively resisting electrical interference and surge impact;

Function

High-precision pulse signal processing: It can collect multiple parameters such as frequency, cumulative value, high-level pulse width, low-level pulse width and period, providing accurate data for scenarios such as flow measurement and equipment speed monitoring.

Redundancy and safety design: Supports optional redundancy configuration to enhance system reliability; It is equipped with a "quick cut-off" function. When the threshold is reached, the quantitative feeding operation can be immediately stopped to ensure process safety.

Standard compatibility and application adaptation: Strictly follow the ISO 6551/API 5.5 standard to achieve Level A pulse integrity for dual-pulse input; Designed specifically for the Meter Suite trade handover application, it meets the strict requirements of industrial measurement and trade settlement;

Comprehensive diagnosis and monitoring: Equipped with extensive self-diagnostics (comprehensive self-diagnosis) function, it can quickly locate faults and feedback diagnostic information, reducing operation and maintenance costs; Support status monitoring and fault detection through the diagnostic bus;

Flexible configuration and integration: Supports channel-level isolation/bus configuration switching, adapting to different on-site wiring environments; It can be seamlessly integrated with the Experion C300 controller to achieve real-time transmission and analysis of pulse data.

Measurement and Trade Handover: Flow measurement scenarios in the petroleum, natural gas, and chemical industries, such as pipeline transportation and storage tank measurement, rely on high-precision measurement and standard compatibility to ensure the accuracy and fairness of trade handover data.

Process monitoring and control: In fields such as manufacturing and water treatment, by collecting pulse signals from devices like flow meters and counters, real-time monitoring of parameters such as flow rate, total volume, and rotational speed is achieved, providing data support for the optimization of the production process.

Energy and public Utilities: In the power and new energy industries, it is used to monitor the flow parameters of media such as steam and gas, assisting in energy consumption statistics and cost accounting.

Safety-related scenarios: In processes such as quantitative feeding and batch production, the "quick cut-off" function is utilized to achieve threshold trigger protection, preventing overloading or abnormal working conditions and enhancing production safety.

Redundant control system: In industries with extremely high requirements for system reliability, such as petrochemicals and pharmaceuticals, by redundantly configuring this module, it ensures that the collection of pulse signals is not interrupted and guarantees the stable operation of key processes.
