Function and purpose

Simulated shaft vibration and displacement: used to calibrate the monitor, verify the working condition of the monitor reading device and the status of the eddy current sensor system.

Check the sensor system and calibrate the displacement monitor: This is achieved through a spindle-shaped micrometer.

Fix the probe and provide the target surface to be measured: The probe mounting connector provided with TK-3E fixes the probe, while the target surface to be measured moves towards or away from the probe end in calibrated increments. The output of the preamplifier is recorded by the voltmeter.

Calibrating the vibration monitor: The vibration monitor is calibrated using a motor-driven inclined disc. There is a rocker arm retainer on the disc to fix the eddy current probe. By adjusting the retainer and the probe to the appropriate position, the mechanical vibration can reach the expected value. This mechanical vibration is measured by the micrometer on the scale in the calibration device.
