Function
Precise measurement: Integrated Proximitor® non-contact sensor, compatible with 3300 NSv proximity probe, can provide consistent and high-precision axial displacement data, enabling early fault detection and enhancing protection for rotating equipment.
Signal output: It provides a 4-20mA output signal proportional to the measured thrust, which can be directly input into the mechanical control system for alarm, shutdown or status monitoring, ensuring enhanced mechanical protection and operational safety.
Simple electrical connection: With Pro X Out and Com terminals, it simplifies and enables direct electrical connection.
Adapt to different environments: With a potted structure, it is suitable for high-humidity (up to 100% condensation) environments, and its compact form factor makes it ideal for installation in compact or space-constrained Settings.
Application scenarios
It is mainly used for axial displacement (thrust) monitoring of rotating equipment such as centrifugal air compressors, small pumps, motors and fans, especially centrifugal air compressors with liquid film thrust bearings, and has wide applications in industries such as petroleum, natural gas and petrochemicals.
