Function

Rotational speed monitoring: Real-time monitoring of the shaft's rotational speed, supporting speed monitoring, set point alarm, and reverse rotation notification.

Input signal processing: Accepts analog input signals, performs conditioning and digital processing, and supports simultaneous monitoring of multiple parameters.

Alarm generation: When the rotational speed, acceleration or direction exceeds the preset threshold, an alarm output is triggered. It supports four configuration options (speed monitoring + set point alarm + zero speed/speed band/acceleration/reverse alarm).

Peak record: Automatically stores historical peak data for convenient fault diagnosis and analysis.

Signal sharing: Provide Keyphasor signals to the system backplane, support multi-module integration, and no independent Keyphasor module is required.

Flexible configuration: Channel parameters, alarm thresholds and output modes can be programmed through the 3500 rack configuration software.
