Function
Sensor signal interface: Processes input signals from proximity probes, seismic sensors, velocity sensors and accelerometers, and performs signal conditioning to generate vibration, velocity, acceleration and position data.
Data output: Provides 4-20mA analog output (proportional to the measured value) and digital signals, supporting Modbus and Bently Nevada proprietary protocols for data transmission and system integration.
Alarm and Protection: Supports user-configurable alarm and danger thresholds, triggers relay output (such as OK, alarm, dangerous status), and protects equipment from vibration or abnormal position.
Channel isolation: 4 channels are processed independently to ensure data accuracy and fault isolation. It supports TMR mode to enhance system reliability.
Internal terminal design: Directly connect the sensor through the internal terminal, simplifying installation and reducing the need for external wiring.
Status indication: In coordination with the main module, it provides LED indications (OK, TX/RX, Bypass), facilitating on-site diagnosis.
