Function
High-reliability signal acquisition: 32 channels independently collect on-site digital signals (such as switch status, alarm contacts, equipment start-stop feedback, etc.), and through signal isolation, filtering and anti-shake processing, resist electromagnetic interference (EMI) in industrial environments to ensure signal accuracy.
Triple redundancy fault tolerance: It adopts the TMR triple redundancy architecture, with three independent input channels processing signals in parallel. It supports 2oo3 (two out of three) or 3oo3 (three out of three) voting logic. When a single channel fails, the system switches without disturbance, eliminating the risk of single point of failure.
Comprehensive fault diagnosis: It is equipped with functions such as line disconnection detection, short circuit detection, power supply anomaly monitoring, and self-diagnosis of channel faults. Fault information is uploaded to the controller in real time, and it supports remote viewing of the fault location, shortening the troubleshooting time.
Flexible adaptation and expansion: Compatible with the entire TRICONEX series of safety controllers, it supports hot plugging and can expand the number of channels according to on-site requirements. The input logic (high/low level effective) can be configured through the system software.

Power and energy industry: Safety control units for auxiliary systems of thermal power/nuclear power and new energy storage power stations, collecting protection contacts of generator sets, the status of high-voltage switches, and fire linkage signals to ensure the safety of the energy production process.
In the metallurgical and building materials industry: Safety control systems for steel blast furnaces and cement kilns are connected to equipment fault alarm contacts, emergency shutdown signals, and interlock protection switch statuses to prevent equipment damage or safety accidents in high-temperature and high-pressure scenarios.
