This model is an eddy current proximity sensor. The detection range is up to 10mm, the operating frequency is 10k table:///Hz, the protection grade reaches IP67 (waterproof and dustproof), and the operating temperature range is from -40°C to +85°C. The power supply voltage is 12-24 V DC. The output signal is an open collector. The M12 connector is adopted. The sensor material is stainless steel and the weight is approximately 0.1 kg.
Function
The sensor provides high-precision non-contact measurement, detects the displacement, vibration and position of metal objects (such as mechanical shafts), supports real-time data acquisition, and reduces equipment downtime. The stainless steel structure and IP67 protection rating enable it to operate stably in high-temperature, humid or corrosive environments. The M12 connector is easy to install quickly and is seamlessly compatible with Bently Nevada monitoring systems such as 3300 XL or 3500 series. The output signal of the open collector supports connection to PLC, DCS or vibration monitoring software to achieve data analysis and abnormal alarm. It has strong anti-interference ability, which enhances the reliability of industrial automation control.
