Function

Vibration velocity monitoring: Utilizing piezoelectric technology to measure the vibration velocity of low-frequency casings, detect fan imbalance, misalignment or bearing faults, and provide RMS velocity output.

Low-frequency optimization: Specifically designed for cooling tower fans, it enhances sensitivity and accuracy at low speeds (above 90 rpm) and supports overall vibration assessment.

Signal transmission: Output low-noise analog signals, facilitating integration with Bently Nevada 3300/3500 monitors or DCS/PLC systems, supporting real-time data acquisition and alarm.

Durability and installation: The 316L stainless steel casing is corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant. The MIL-C-5015 interface supports hot plugging for easy maintenance. Anti-interference design to resist electromagnetic noise.

Fault diagnosis: The auxiliary system diagnoses the mechanical health, provides threshold alarm and protection functions, and reduces the need for predictive maintenance.

Application scenarios

Cooling tower and fan monitoring: It is used for vibration monitoring of cooling tower fans and air-cooled heat exchangers in petrochemicals, power plants and oil refineries to ensure the safe operation of low-speed equipment.
