Small signal precise collection: Specifically adapted to ±20mV to ±500mV millivolt-level signals, it can be directly connected to strain gauges, load cells, pressure transmitters and other devices that output small signals, solving the problem of insufficient small signal collection accuracy

Multi-signal compatibility and adaptation: It supports both standard voltage and current signals simultaneously. Without the need for additional signal amplifiers, it can cover the types of commonly used industrial analog sensors and adapt to complex acquisition scenarios

High resolution and low error: 16-bit AD conversion + high-precision grade, combined with channel isolation design, effectively avoids signal crosstalk, ensuring the accuracy and stability of small signal and standard signal acquisition

Flexible configuration and filtering: The signal type, range and filtering time of each channel can be independently configured through the Step7 software. The collected parameters can be optimized according to the on-site interference intensity and signal characteristics without the need for hardware jumpers

Fault diagnosis and status feedback: It is equipped with diagnostic functions such as power failure, signal out-of-range, and sensor disconnection. Fault information is uploaded to the CPU in real time, and the working status is intuitively displayed by the indicator light on the front of the module, facilitating quick problem identification

High-efficiency batch sampling: Supports 8-channel batch synchronous sampling, taking into account the demand for simultaneous monitoring of multiple parameters, and is suitable for multi-point signal acquisition scenarios of production lines and process equipment
