Function

Group isolation protection: Two groups of channels are independently isolated. When one group of signals fails, it does not affect the other group. At the same time, it prevents external AC interference from being transmitted to the controller, enhancing system stability.
Adjustable filter delay: Four delay times are available for selection, which can specifically filter out noise in AC signals (such as motor start-up interference) to ensure the accuracy of signal acquisition.
High integration and easy maintenance: The 32-channel high-density design saves rack space. Combined with the S7-300 active bus module, it can be hot-swaddled, eliminating the need to shut down the machine during maintenance and reducing production interruptions.
Application scenarios
High-voltage equipment status monitoring: Feedback signals for AC 220V/110V devices, such as the start and stop status of AC pumps and high-pressure fans, as well as the on-off feedback of large valves.
Industrial strong current system integration: Compatible with sensors (such as AC proximity switches), emergency stop buttons or limit switches that use AC signals in factory production lines, to achieve digital signal collection.
Building and infrastructure monitoring: It is used for monitoring strong current equipment in large buildings such as shopping malls and power stations, such as the operating status of air conditioning units, switch signals of the main lighting circuit, and feedback of equipment in elevator machine rooms.
