The RS485 interface supports S7 communication (as a server or client), can be networked with devices such as HMI, frequency converters, and sensors, and supports TCP/IP protocol and PROFIBUS DP network expansion (module required).

Expansion and debugging functions: Supports the expansion of 1 signal board and 6 signal modules, and can add analog I/O, special function modules, etc. Integrate the mandatory function and diagnostic function, and in combination with the STEP 7 Micro/WIN SMART programming software, it can quickly realize program download, parameter configuration and fault troubleshooting.

Manufacturing automation: In scenarios such as automotive parts assembly lines and electronic processing centers, control the coordinated operation of conveyor belts, robotic arms, and processing equipment. Precisely locate the position of workpieces through high-speed counters to enhance production rhythm and processing accuracy. Water treatment system: It is used for the start and stop of pumps, the opening and closing of valves, and the dosage control of dosing equipment in waterworks and sewage treatment plants. Through PID regulation, the matching relationship between the dosing amount and the influent flow rate is adjusted to achieve automatic compliance of water quality parameters and reduce manual intervention.
