Function
Soft start and soft stop
Smooth start-up is achieved through an adjustable voltage ramp, reducing the current impact during start-up (up to three times the rated current), and protecting the motor and the power grid.
It provides a soft stop function to gradually reduce the voltage and avoid the "water hammer effect" in the water pump system.
Two-phase control technology
Two-phase control is adopted to minimize the three-phase current during the start-up process, eliminate the DC component and reduce electromagnetic interference.
Avoid the current and torque peaks generated by traditional star-delta starters.
Built-in protection function:
Overload protection: Built-in electronic overload protection to prevent the motor from overheating.
Phase failure protection: Detect power phase failure to prevent motor damage.
Over-temperature protection: Monitor the temperature of the soft starter to prevent overheating faults.
Self-diagnostic function: Detect internal faults and provide status feedback.
Parameter adjustment
